A prestigious, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join its accomplished litigation team in New York. This is a rare opportunity to work on complex, high-profile disputes alongside leading trial lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation filings for sophisticated commercial disputes

• Manage fact and expert discovery, including taking and defending depositions

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy with senior attorneys

• Prepare for and participate in oral arguments, hearings, and other court proceedings

• Collaborate closely with partners on case strategy and trial preparation

Candidate Profile:

• J.D. degree with excellent academic credentials (GPA 3.5+)

• Class of 2017–2020 (5–8 years’ experience)

• Prior large law firm (AmLaw 50) experience required

• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Proven ability to manage complex cases from inception through trial

• Trial experience strongly preferred

• Substantive antitrust knowledge highly desirable

• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
